I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The flower clip is absolutely beautiful—well made, elegant, and exactly what I needed for my event. There was a hiccup with shipping and my original order was lost in the mail, but the seller was incredibly responsive and resolved the issue quickly. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. As an unexpected bonus, she sent two flower clips instead of the one I ordered, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
